Hi, I’m Nicole, a Birth and Postpartum Doula based in Calgary, Alberta.
Supporting families during one of the most transformative times in their lives is both an honour and a calling I hold close to my heart. My path into this work grew out of my own fertility journey, and learning how to advocate for myself and navigate our medical system. That experience shaped how I support families today: with compassion, evidence-based guidance, and the belief that your voice matters.
My ultimate goal is to help you find your voice so you can step into every space with unshakable confidence.
Whether you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with your newborn, I offer personalized care through prenatal visits, continuous labour support, postpartum care, feeding guidance, and community referrals.
I bring unbiased, nonjudgmental support—holding space with a calm, compassionate presence while sharing evidence-based information to guide and empower you. And here’s something you might not expect: I don’t have children of my own, and I see that as my superpower. It allows me to show up without assumptions about what birth “should” be, and instead fully honour what feels right for you.
My postpartum doula services are designed to provide nurturing and supportive care during this transformative time. With a tender and compassionate approach, I offer guidance and assistance to help you heal, adjust, and thrive as you navigate the fourth trimester. Together, we’ll create a healing environment that empowers you to embrace this new chapter with confidence and support.
